Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our mechanics inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
